Just wanted to say that the 12:00pm C2 class today was amazing - I really, really enjoyed it and thought the teacher, Kris, was amazing!!! Her cues were very helpful and she put together a very well thought out sequence that was challenging but accessible and gave great direction. I learned a lot and felt great. I was so sad to hear that she was just subbing and didn’t teach a class at the LP location.

I just wanted to submit a compliment letter for Kris. I came to the 4:30pm class yesterday and I was the only student. Kris told me that since this would basically be a private lesson, I should let her know if there was anything in particular I wanted to work on. I told her that I’ve been having some lower back pain and so I was hoping to strengthen and stabilize my core. She then led me through some incredibly informed poses and therapeutic movements. She was very hands on and interactive. I was so very impressed with the depth of her knowledge of anatomy. After class, I felt so much better. My back pain had diminished so much that it actually gave me hope that if I continue doing these things that she showed me, that I could eventually rid myself of it completely. This morning it is still so much better than it usually is. I just want to extend my deepest gratitude for the thought and care I received yesterday from Kris.
